Sesame oil – For Chinese and Japanese food, intense taste, for frying, dressings, and baking.
Soy oil – Often neutral, can taste of a bit fish, great in woks, for frying, dressings or baking
Sunflower oil – The cold pressed has an intense taste of sunflower seeds while the warm pressed is neutral. For dressings and salads.
Rape oil – Cold pressed rape oil almost taste like butter, warm pressed are neutral. Use the oil for frying, dressings and baking.
Wheat germ oil – Cold pressed has taste of wheat while warm pressed has a neutral flavor. For dressings and baking.
Peanut oil – Cold pressed oils has a natural taste of peanut while the warm pressed is milder. For frying dressings and baking.
Corn oil – Neutral and almost without taste, for dressings and baking.
Olive oil – Cold pressed oils has a taste of olives with a varying degree while warm pressed oils are neutral. Great to anything, especially Mediterranean food, for frying, dressings or baking.
Walnut oil – Intense taste of walnut, for dressings and baking.

They are great oils and I use them all except rape oil which isn’t available here.
One you don’t have is avocado oil which I am crazy about at the moment, even did a blog entry on it recently.
